There is no battery & heating issue of 2014 models of GT-I9500. U can verify it by looking the date of production on lower part of the battery of S4.

Hi Guys.. I m from New Delhi India.. I saw many comments for problem faced by me.. Using S4 I9500 since Oct 2013.
I had similar problem.. my s4 wouldnt update to Kitkat 4.4.2 from current JB 4.2.2.. I went to Samsung Service Center and they told there are some problems in Kitkat release n has many bugs so Samsung has pulled off all updates be it OTA or via Kies. Even they didnt have the update and warned me not to download Kitkat frm other source other than when Samsung releases it officially.
Hopefully they will release a fixed final release soon. Till then all we can do is wait !! Poor delivery from Samsung.. I m dissapointed !!!

what is ur fone's baseband version?? when did u got kitkat update. i hve purchased S4 on 10th march but i havn't got any update till now. i am on jelly bean 4.2.2

samsungguy, 15 Mar 2014use samsung kies to update your android to 4.4.2 But I do not have laptop to install kies. And if I install through kies then I think it completely install from scratch and I will lose all my installed apps and data.

I am having problem in the gallery folder of my s4..whenever I try to open the gallery my phone got hang and I have to restart it again and again even I have done it's factory settings twice but still I m having the same issue

Hi! can somone help me, my predictive text on my phone seems not working, my battery is still swell, i still havent buy a new one cuz im on tri for a week, and i noticed when im typing on my text box, all of the words thats been recorded or saved on my text is not showing, it only show the basic english words, and the one that i already typed in before, and wht i did was, out of frustration i reset the settings of my predictive text, and thought i just type a new words to save, but after doing that, say for ex, i type my name and try to send it to my own number, when i type it again, without going outside my conversation box, it does show, or it predicting my text and its shows my name, but when i go to my home screen and back to create a text msg, it doesnt show anymore, its not saving, im planning when i get a new battery, ill do a master reset. what do u think guys? do you think this will work? pls help me again,? thanks
