which is better a... moreGalaxy s4 is better than HTC One interms of the design, features, and camera.
Htc one have an issue in camera, the pink tint around the screen during low light has appear after shoot, then the only solution is hardware replacement (camera) otherwise do not waste your money to HTC One.

The large screen is convenient for business applications and internet. For making a call, it is less convenient to hold against your face. S4 display is 5" and that's in my opinion just the right size. Plus I guess you will be saving about Rs.10K compared to Note. Also, buying a phone with 4G will be advisable.

although s4 ownes some latest features that note 2 don't.

I noticed that the battery of Galaxy S4 GT-I9500, which ware comes with a serial number of battery starting with BD…… has probably factory damage or faulty manufacturing and it has given the problem with quick battery draining or restart and shut down frequently specially these devices seem to be appeared using between 5th to 6th months. Recommend to see starting serial number with AA….. are perfect battery of GS4.

However, if you want a stylus and a high end phone that will work really good for at least a couple of years more, at a lower cost, go for Note 2.
Both phones are really great. S4 offers more features, an octa-core processor and a better camera than Note 2. Note 2 offers you a stylus, specs that are good enough for fast response and camera that is almost as good as the S4 at a lower price. Note 2 also offers a bigger display.
