Is galaxy s4 I9500 going to get 4.4 update ? & if not, mine is 4.2.2 if i upgrade it to 4.3 i will lose any data on my phone ?

Original S4 use Exynos (I9500) or Qualcomm (I9505) chipsets, fake S4 use Mediatek. Use CPU-Z to check.

I currently have an S4 19505 and have several pre loaded apps which I am reluctant to uninstall or force stop as I don't know what they do and whether any action I take may upset the workings of the phone. I would therefore be grateful if someone can please explain to me what the following apps actually do and whether it is safe to uninstall or disable them -
- All Share Cast Dongle
- Beaming Service
- Samsung Print Service
- Samsung Apps
- Samsung Push Service
- Samsung Watch On
- Samsung Account
- Flip Board
Sorry for such an extensive list but I am eager to clean up my running apps and get rid of un-necessary features. Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way I am in Australia and it may be that the apps are pre loaded by Telstra rather than Samsung but I really don't care.
