I bought my Samsung S4 trusting to Samsung products I have been using. My cellular after 5 months had screen problems. When I brought it to service I was told screen was broken. The service not only gave me an amount of eu 250 but as well I have no cellular to use meanwhile and I am still waiting for my phone to be repaired after 10 days. When I call the service the telephone connections are only tele secretary. I have to go there again. What a communication company! Would i get another Samsung although they appear like colorful candies and I want so much.

How I can confirm my device is 16 GB model GT-19500 the STORAGE showing 7.23 GB is available. When I connected S4 in laptop the properties is showing 7.23 GB is free out of 8.89 GB.
Please any body can help .

you must follow this step dude...
Powered by 2600 Mah battery is absolutely enough...
and disabled those Apps when not in use...
that all...my Galaxy S4 Rocks...

jack, 14 Dec 2013the batt life of my s4 sucks .. i tried all the software to... moreDo not use any battery saver apps. S4 itself have Power saving mode. If u have battery saver apps then it will at times will not allow some features to work,instance the quick glance will not work as the back ground apps will stop working when u turn off the screen.
And for battery drain reset ur phone post if u have done the 4.3 update and reconfigure. I had battery issues post update and now am getting battry life more than a day with 3G ON tHrough out

If its genuine,take backup and reset.
it will not mess. Am using since june and have not encountered with any issues as many reports here.
And which ever device it may be,its fully based on how someone use it.
