koi, 04 Nov 2013who buys a s4 to make phone calls O.oDear koi, the primary use of a phone is to make calls through it however costly it may be. Dear you tell me would you a phone which has no calling facility, I think you wouldn't, you will think twice. You can read even on gsmarena about those things. The tabs which have no calling facility have fewer hits.all other functions are secondary. I believe

Anonymous, 04 Nov 2013@Manoj - Are you sure you have a S4 ? I seriously doubt it. I'm used with Galaxy S2's annoying lag and I used the Galaxy S4 and Note 2 which have the exact same stupid lag, which is especially obvious when swiping.

Best phone i have ever used, no lag whatsoever. i am always surprised when i hear people saying it lags, maybe the early release units, i dont know, but mine has been superb so far, also i really enjoy most of the features that people call gimmicks, my favourite - multiwindow and move through browser tabs with air gesture. Also i have never received a call by touching d screen. So cool. gs4 > all

Even i had bought the GS4 when it was launched in India back on April 28th,2013.. I used it for 4 months, it used to LAG Alot , APPS would take alot of time to Load ..& i SOLD it last month to buy the HTC ONE.. HTC ONE is "Million Times" Ahead of the GS4 in all aspects!!
I wasted $700 on this CHEAP PLASTIC PHONE.. GO get a HTC ONE for yourself, thats the best phone available right now!!

AN HONEST REVIEW
Dear friends, I have been using this phone for 3 months and I don't find it worth the money we pay for it. We shell out a whopping Rs.40000/- and if it still lags while scrolling through contacts, it is really painful. It sometimes takes 3 to 5 seconds to open the camera- these things really pinch. I didn't buy this phone to show off rather I like its shape, design and weight as well. its other features like Air gestures and all that were a gimmick for me as during the last 3 months I never used or I didn't have to use.
I found the phones of some less known brands like MMX,Xola way better than this one.
I didn't upgrade to 4.3 because I am apprehensive the phone may get even worse. Does any user have any idea what to do?
So the next time Samsung must be attentive to these things otherwise it will cost dear to them.

Unfortunate to say that contacts lag problem has come back like earlier and severity is more. It was almost gone. Can anybody guide me about settings. I installed Ram Booster Pro and probelem resurfaced after that but post uninstallation also it persists. I again gone to Exdialler to manage the present need where during incoming call cannot see the caller id, only number. PLease guide whether I am missing any setting. Please not it is now 4.3 update with 17 mb incremental update. I have installed APP CACHE CLEANER PRO, whether I need to uninstall it. Please guide. Contacts lag is teething problem.

Dear never go for 2nd Quality version until u want to show off around !
2nd Quality version has less processor and rams which dont have good quality either, not amoled display , normal camera performance, bad battery life, not as smooth as s4, it will not get any update.
So if u want to show off around dear then u may buy it. otherwise dont go for it

My s4 has the normal short lifespan battery problem that I see is a common problem but most annoyingly my s4 has a tendency of just switching off even at 84% battery life please help

My friend nonso have s4 and it lag alot. But i have mega 6.3 is lag free.mega is the best phone world.
