My camera, internet and email apps are not working as they freeze when i try to open them. The camera indicates "camera failed" when i try to open it whilst the email and internet indicate "Email/Internet not responding. Do you want to closeit"?. How do i solve this situation? I need urgent help.

Connect to Wi-fi, go to software update and check for update... then it will automatically dwnload ur 4.3 updt n install it.. no need of Odin

I have been using this phone for 2 months now..
issues that cant be resolved:
1) when speaking on the phone , it heats up so badly your ears begin to burn and go red....
2) camera takes over 10-20 sec to boot up...if it does not...it crashes...
It also keeps rebooting itself.

This phone has everything! Samsung keeps adding annonying sensors and takes out the radio. Same old Samsung.
Next phone from Samsung: same design, more processors, more useless sensors, more junk... They forget that a phone should be treated as such.
Anyway, does anyone hear own a Nokia Lumia, or an iPhone? Now THOSE are phones.

Well it is not that i do not like iphone but obviously s4 and android is more user friendly. Now if you say some more speed specs , you shd consider the facts iphone is powering a much small screen with much less pixels and obviously an IPS screen, it will be fast, comparatively super amoled big screen with 445 ppi , cpu and gpu has to work for that.
i did not encounter any lag in android after NOTE 1. even if you see micromax hd in work , it is still very fast. It is android 4.3 which makes all smooth now.
and to consider i have iphone 4s too, which after ios 7.0 update is laggy , much more than android. if IP5 people argue ragrding that, i have IPAD 4 too, which too is laggy , especially coming from IOS 6 which was good.
Android 4.3 vs IOS 7 , it is android all hands down.

Saurav Ghosh knows better on that matter, so it would be better if he tells it.
ya you can say that for gallery but the app should open up pretty fast and images later on. I have a great sd card(class 10 ultra with 70 MB/s read) but it still takes a fraction of time for the animation to show up.
See the animation is very fast but it's delayed. Let's say the app opens in 1 second in both s4 and iphone 5s. Then the s4 takes .6 seconds doing nothing and .4 seconds for animation while the iphone starts at .1 seconds and displays animation for .9 seconds also making it go smooth. This creates the perception of lag in androids, the unsynchronization and unoptimization are the major reasons.
