Good phone however the battery is poor. It started out working well however 2 months in and the battery is swollen. This is not an isolated issue, as 4 of my friends experienced the same issue with their s4.

Don, 24 Oct 2013USB tethering, is it different from WiFi hotspot? Can the u... moreya, the usb tethering is done through usb cable so its a little faster than wifi hotspot, other than that nothing is different. You can do it by both.

AnonD-89109, 24 Oct 2013Shubham, I'm quite sure you know that Antutu is a meaningle... moreantutu was good until version 3 but now they messed up after version 4.
The only good ones are sunspider, vellamo, geekbench(both 2 and 3), epic citadel and 3dmark.
but i have faith that antutu will be like it was before 1 year so i keep checking it.
But after 4.3 the geekbench 3 has got 2471. That means a great performance boost.

And truly the service centre guys know nothing,i being a MEDICO know far better in TECHNOLOGY than them...
ok..so the problem was even the service centre FIRMWARE had the CSC i.e a region code of NEPAL...
all dat was to be done is to change the CSC....
after all the problems i faced i came across this code
*#272*IMEI#
after this all i had to do was change the CSC from NPL TO INU AND EUREKA!!!! the phone was reset and now i have got the ANDROID 4.3UPDATE...so ppl if u aren't getting the update or if u have got ur phone flashed from service centre
connect it to KIES...check wat it says at end of current firmware..if its not INU OR INS just do as above n dats it...
BUT IT WILL FACTORY RESET UR PHONE
AGAIN,thnx all the people who are doing a good job here sharing knowledge...god bless

I knew everyone is not like me, who does everything by myself, but seriously don't listen to some idiosyncrasies spread by some dumb persons, like Samsung people, who'll say come here to update your phone, you can break it if you try it yourself.

I have never used anything other than broadband for my desktop.
There's no point to avoid OTA. It's small, time saving, especially for people who doesn't have broadband.
