i got last weak s4 mobile i don't like that mobile ,over heating the mobile and battery less than 6 hiurse only used

i just got my s4 1 weeks ago but suddenly the phone heating. the main board overheats even it is not in use...

im having an s4 and it feels amazing battery is 26500mah ...which is satisfactory for me the phone is great and feels luxury....there is no other phone to compare with its features....

pls I want to know about the new firmware update over (400mb) cos am in nigeria but the fone was from europe (i9500) so am confused abt d mcc lock thin u talked about. Am scared of updatin and also the kies thing aw do I install in laptop? What's d diff btw kies n ota update bcos kies upgrade is larger I think....pls help thnx alot

You play CP... moreI know its a bit different but you have a great big heatsink and fan on laptop CPU'S but these devices get complained about because of some heat..These things have quadcore cpu running at multi GHz and folk complain about some heat,,these things hardly give off any heat and are doing a fantastic job of minimising heat..
I aimed this at you because you are getting lots of questions thrown at you but for some folk to worry about heat is silly..I know you know what I mean these mobile cpu's deserve round of applause for heat control.

ok. Thats what i feared. you are on the same firmware as me and have i9500. please be cool and don't be so arrogant and stubborn in your posts. your comment sounded rude to me. but ddon't worry on that. whats important is that you install kies or backup your files on sd card or cloud or anywhere and do a factory reset. remember to backup important information such as contacts.just do a factory reset and tell me if the problem is solved. if not, we will have to go by another way that i will tell if it doesn't work.
have a good factory reset.

Really I made a big mistake by choosing s4 .... I got this phone a week before in chennai samsung showroom ... The only best part is battery back up.. Backup is good when compared to htc one x (my previous phone) ... This phone comes with 2gb ram but preloaded software consumes 75 % of the ram (any s4 user facing this problem ) lot of lagging problem not suits for high end game users . Another main issue im facing is heating problem... Dear Samsung instead of releasing dozens of phones a month kindly fix this issues ...s3 and note 2 will be better choice ...

And kindly stop comparing crap brands like Micromax and C

You play CPU/GPU intensive games for long duration and the device gets heated, that's not a problem, it's normal. Yeah, maybe it heats a little more than Note 2, but nowhere near to a state that one should be concerned.
