There are some kinds of galaxy s4 that in the back side is written only samsung but there is not written galaxy s4.does it mean that it is a fake galaxy?

AnonD-172338, 04 Aug 2013is it true about d heating problem..?I don't know about others having heating issue on their S4 or not but in my case it heats up whenever i play a game like Cut the rope experiments and even on Doodle jump on my S4. It's the reason i have to sell my S4 and wait for a S5 next time.

did u get any new firmware update? some 44mb file. Read on it somewhr.
And on heating issues..I too faced it recent days.
Reasons I felt
1) Rubbish/ Not of standard scripts by dev guys on apps I have downloaded from playstore.
2) Quality of SD card.

Dear S4 users, can any of you please tell me whether this phone has the facility of jotting down a mobile no. or anything else? I mean to say a call is in progress and someone dictates us a no. to be note down, can we write on its screen, as we can do on some LG sets?

Turned on power saving, it started lagging after opening 3 applications. Screen brightness is set at minimum, went into developer mode and set background apps limit to one application but after doing that, whenever i access camera from the lock screen then the phone restarts, so i set background apps limit to standard limit. There's just no major improvement in the update. It's still heating up whenever playing a game for 15 minutes and browsing with 3G for more than 15 minutes heats up the phone. I guess there's nothing that can be done. This phone sucks and so does Android OS. I'm going to sell my S4. Suggest some good alternative.

galaxy s4 is not a great phone, because some heavy games not support in this phone.
the other hand galaxy note 2 is the best and best.
in this set all apps and games running so smoothly like butter. and the S Pen is great.

1 install the latest firmware.
2 turn on power saving.
3 turn off all the extra features that you don't use like turn off gps, smart pause, scroll, stay, nfc, and all those air features.
3 don't Keep the brightness too high.
4 disable Samsung push and link from settings>more tab, apps and then last tab.
5 don't run too many apps in background
6 disable mobile data when not in use and especially in night.
After latest update s4 doesn't heat by even a little and all lag is gone.
good day. Try these steps, they really work.
I usually get 2 days from my s4 with moderate use and heavy gaming.
