yes it is cause when it over heats it drains the battery then when u have to make a call the phone is so dam hot u cant even put it to your ear

y did Samsung made this phone so cheap my s4 screen got broken so easy and its so exspensive to replace the digitizer got broken so easy it was in my poket when it got broken I like it but paying so much for a phone that is not even durable am going sony now water prof good design I am looking to get the new one that coming out 20 mega pixel with xenon flash

S4 is not a good phne... there are lots of problems in this set... itz restart when we open camara, brightness changes automatically, screen heats up, charger doesn't work properly , nd many more problems... nd the samsung company do not replaces the phone.. their service mens are incapable of doing of repairing the phone properly...

Phone is excellent, but it is not LTE 4G enabled. As per the high price of this smart phone, People looking for 4G connection do not buy this phone. Its a fake information from Samsung that LTE is market dependent. I was @ US for 2 weeks and tried to use 4G sim there and this stupid phone didnt even have option to select LTE in network mode.

Anybody getting a software update notice,please beware IT TAKES Ages to Get,an can become Very Annoying indeed,this the Section that Samsung do really Struggle in,Support for the Phones,an Nokia OutClasses them,just wish Samsung would have employed some of Nokias old employees in the Software Department to help them Improve there Support to get Faster an more Frequent an Reliable Updates,So Please Be Patient Downloading the Update or you might Damage you Phone

After using S2 and S3 ,I have changed S4.Oh my god It is superb.Some of my friends facing heating problems and firmware update issues.But I didn't find any of these issues and 100% happy with my new S4.
Good Job Samsung and looking forward S5.

well what i percieve it was the quot by a person that take daily take an apple and never goes to hospital
hence you all get my opinion compare then other hand sets brant apple is more and more and more difrent and beneficient as i use i make and iphone 4 and latest version of 5 that is mind blowing as compare to HTC SAMSUNG NOKIA MOTOROLA bcz motorola features are too hard to expect what im here too say simply just you use iphone samsung htc and sony to enjoy ur life bt compare than these brand 1st rank goes to IPHONE

i have updated my galaxy s4 ... moreKIES>>LAPTOP/COMPUTER>> DOWNLOAD>> THEN DOWNLOAD TO HANDSET >>INSTALL on handset >> update apps /systems == update --so speed dependant on laptop processor in step 1 .. while OTA== direct download to handset >> install and update .. half the time of via kies .. make sure battery of handset is at least 80% charged .. and please remember --updates ARE DONE IN BATCHES VIA KIES OR OTA.. so if you miss your slot availability -- then hard luck ..MISSED IT .
OUR S4 25 JULY - WE CHECKED via kies and ota at about 5pm local time =NO UPDATE ..THEN AT 11 PM - ota no update ..but full update via kies .. release date june .. so we have been checking everyday- AS ADVISED .. 4weeks+ for kies to slot update for our handset.. also no update available at 5pm ..then 11pm update .. MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO IN DAILY HUSTLE BUSTLE .. ?? lesser cumbersome less time consuming process for UPDATES AVAILABILITY ..WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU MISS YOUR SLOT FOR UPDATE ? AND why should LAPTOP /PC be needed for ( WIRELESS) MOBILES UPDATES ?
