i think you have enabled smart scroll.

And I have issues wit scrolling when am moving my finger close to the screen its sctolling automatically wit out touchng screen. I dn have any air xxx features enabled currenyly.

8.9 gb internal memory is not sufficient for some huge hd games..

Trouble with the s4 is that samsung are ignoring a large share ofthe market who dont want a phone thats all plastic and feels cheap. I mean the back of the phone looks so poorly tacky and budget cheap like a $20 phone. People want cool looking tech nowadays like the iphone 4 and 5 and htc one.

I listened that it becomes hot. Update released by Samsung actually turns off 1.6 processor. Only 1.2 processor works due to which its heat problem is solved. Is it true? Any idea anyone??????

First of all, buy a mobile cover and protective screen before the mobile, and as soon as you un-box it, box it again into the cover, the material of the back is, as usual, more fragile than a newborns skin.
The mobile is good looking, not as good looking as the Sony Experia Z, but still good.
The screen is nice, full HD, can be viewed from indirect angles, although when looked at it directly, I like the HTC One screen more. But the HTC One looked like a gadget for a 16 year old teen, with those big speakers on front. The sound is very good, it is fast, I am a very heavy user, browsing, YouTube, gaming and GPS, till now it only hanged once.
The additional features are ... meh ... The eye detection thing is not that practical, I'm reading an article, want to look at the time on the mobile, or raise my head to talk to some one, and suddenly the screen scrolls up to the beginning, sometimes it detects every single movement that I feel forced to stay silent still, and sometimes my neck hurts from all the movement and the thing does not move. The thing where you turn your face and it stops a video works fine, but you need to accommodate to its speed sometimes, or maybe my face is too fat and ugly for the sensor to understand it.
As for S Health, there are 10 applications better than it on the free store.
I do not know who thought of the phone log and keypad screens, my 3 year old HTC Desire is easier to use! if you have a contact with 2 numbers, and you want to get to the other number, it sometimes feels like a maze. it could be much easier and better. But the nice thing about android is that you can change everything, including this, which I will do when I have some free time to check better options.
The camera takes a lot of time to load, especially after a restart, so if a child is doing something funny and you want to open the camera fast before he stops, chances are he will reach puberty before the camera is on, although when it is on, the different modes are fun and the camera is quick, and with appropriate lighting you will get very good pictures.
I changed the keyboard and installed the swift-key one, it is easier when you get the hang of it. plus my fingers are too big for the small keys on the keyboard. The Arabic font is terrible, especially compared to the beautiful Arabic font used in the Xperia Z but it can be changed, so you have options.
No real heating problems, and the mobile is very very very fast with it's 8 core processor, battery life is as bad as all big screened smartphones, for me I charge twice a day, or 3 times in 2 days.
And since the Galaxy S5 (or what ever they will call it) will not be released until 2014, you can still have the newest Samsung for at least another 6 months, before you are outdated, and not cool anymore

When is the firmware update for the S4 releasing in dubai...The only issue that i am facing is 'lag' at certain times....other than that ...this phone is awesome.... or should is say Legendaryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.......

If you know how to use the features of the smartphone properly, you will not encounter those problems.
Better not buy S4 if don't know how to use it PROPERLY.
Anything used improperly will sure cause you a problem.
