Phone memory is full so I need to move some Applications to SD card but phone wont allow me to "MOVE TO SD CARD".

You should check out a section called "process stats" under developer options, then you would come to know what I am trying to say here. It shows a very detailed view of applications their average and peak RAM usage, CPU load etc.
I did not had any major issues but the phone started giving me some problems, that was a big issue for me, as it is not expected from a phone that costed you bundles.
Now after removing these two apps which I mentioned earlier, it is like butter again.
I don't think there is any sense in doing a factory reset after any upgrade, if it was the case, then the manufacturer should have stated it, and it is quite a pain to get all the things set up again once you reset the phone.
Anyways my purpose was just to share my experience in case it is helpful for someone.

The difference will be between the lens and not the camera software... But at this instance I would not recommend the S4 because it is very outdated... The J7 is good because it has dual sim support, a better chipset than the S4, also there are no heating issues with it... But the fact where the S4 is in the lead is in the notification light and the auto brightness...

Secondly, whenever there is an os upgrade the mobile is never initially stable, the stablity updates make it stable...
Thirdly, the thing you are talking about is found in the application manager and not in the developer settings...
Fourthly, The facebook app uses 150MB of data and the messenger uses 50mb data (I doubt that it may depend on the chats), but it should not effect the S4 because it is a 2gb phones and has ample of RAM free....
A phone starts lagging if the RAM available is below 100mb... Also the S4 always had the heating problems, it was not a new thing with the lollipop update... Yes, the temperature may differ...!!

I love this mobile galaxy s4 I love all te features built in that... I eagerly waiting to buy this mobile... will any one pls say some suggestions or some of lagging news to rectify my idea upon this s4... will any one help me...

Friends, I think I have found a workaround for this phone's lagging, heating and slow responsiveness.
I have this phone for nearly Two and a Half years, I grabbed one just when it released, and have no problems until the Lollipop (tragedy) upgrade.
I also started facing problems such has phone heating, hanging and lagging while receiving calls, opening gallery, browsing internet on 3G, until yesterday, when I was going through the list of apps in the developer options, where you can see what all is consuming your RAM and for how much % of time.
I found "Facebook" application along with "Facebook Messenger" on the top with 100% active time, and average ram consumption >250 something MB
I decided to uninstall these two right away, and have to trade off just with losing the photos on my contacts, (which I can live with).
But, after doing this and giving a restart, the phone got a new life, it is now running as good as new, and I have used it for four hours straight after that in night, reading, watching you tube etc, no heating, no lags, and no hangs whatsoever, which was not the case before..
So, I think you can give this a try, if you can live with using facebook in a browser instead of app, and trading off with your contact photos which gets synced with Facebook (birthdays, and other stuff remains, since that is synced with built in app of S4).

It has very snappy performance and a very good battery life... The design of the moto G is very good and handy also it has the IPX certification... The S4 is old enough and not that great as if now...

Even g3 doesn't have NFC,DLNA,HDMI,1080pxl screen,extra feature (air view,smart stay, etc)
the only extra thing that MOTO G3 hav is weather resistivity...

Tap on the option that you wish to enable.
