Lagging isn't all due to d just CPU, but also a lot of blotware and improper architecture. What I am saying here is, y add 4 more cores? y not allow d 4 A15 cores switch down to 1 core to handle less demanding task? That should be innovation. Not adding several more CPUs. Do u need 4 cores to handle text, view multimedia, use ur camera, I don't think so. Innovation comes in when d device is able to, by itself, switch from 4 to 2 to 1 core, depending on d task at hand, yet not tasking battery. Everybody just simply goes for bigger numbers is better thats all.

see it, S4 thinner than S3.
S4 have a thin bezel than S3, so that have a bigger screen than S3.

Still looking forward with a phone that have qualcom snapdragon 800 2.3ghz faster than upcomming tegra 4.

13mp is ok , still no match to my nokia 808's 41mp camera , if samsung bumped up the megapixels id make the switch

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.I like the design of the S3.A lot of people seem to be rubbishing the S4 because they don't like the look of it & a lot just either don't like Samsung or are brand loyal & are trying to put others off the Samsung brand.
Personally I think the 13mp camera is overkill as an 8mp camera will give you great quality pictures when blown up to cover a wall.
There are enough gimmicks on this phone to make it an Iphone killer, Apple fanpeople will never admit anything is better than Apple anyway,so I just ignore them.People have pointed out that the extra processors are to maximise battery life,which is always a good thing,but in the end

From the hands on look of it, it is clear that S4 is another piece of s**t (design wise) to enter Samsung smartphone series.
1) Looks like crap. Pure crap. No way it competes with HTC One or Xperia Z look wise.
2) When did Quad core processors became not enough ?? What NORMAL PEOPLE don't realize is, capability of multi core processors are utilized only when multiple simultanous threads are running, tell me ONE APP in appstore that uses 8 f**king cores !! You can hardly find one that uses even 4 cores !! So what is the purpose !!
3) Eye scrolling, air gestures and all that fairy stuffs are great to brag to in front of friends, people WONT use them in daily life for a long term anyway.
4) 5" screen !! Huge screens are such a turn off for some people, including me, I need a phone which fits my palm and can be used with single hand for basic usages !!
At a whole, this phone is a big time BS. I would still go for HTC One even though I'll have to pay a few bucks extra !!

deep, 15 Mar 2013samsung 1.6 quad core cannot compete with apple 1.2 dual co... moreits not all about speed but its about freedom n openness which ios cant provide in their entire life... y android is popular?? ask urself, coz people like openness n freedom n they dont wanna get bound to a particular thing like u ios users so stop giving this nonsense... may be no one can provide the speed as apple but i would definitely choose a device with multitask, openness, freedom, more options to do n compatible wid everything rather than a stupid fast phone... n yea now stop boasting that ios is smooth coz jelly bean is as smooth as ios n is improving a lot with latest versions while ios is standing on same place n has no guts to move anywhere else...

there's s4 bashing in this page, in HTC one's page, in sony xperia Z page also.. well this proves one thing quite convincingly,.. Users of rival brands are terrified right now.. :)
the design issue is just a lame excuse anyway..

THis looks nice! i personaly like better iphone(i dont own one fyi)but this looks really really impresive i really have to say, android might be good but samsung is taking android to the next level very nice!
