Polycarbonate is the name of a type of plastic material and technology that has been used for may be 20 years in advanced products, cars, equipment, weapons, you name it. It is light weight and strong. Yes, your glasses frame and lenses too! Learn to know your plastic. They are not created equal. May sure our kids are better educated and read and listen more so they are better that our average Americans. All of us know so little and try to be the authority. We as Americans needs to be more humble, listen and learn so we can prosper. Have a great day.
P.S. I hate to see Apple loosing the game and dominance. Suing Samsung brought their downfall as Samsung makes the display and CPU for iPhone. See the stock dropped like a rock. That are reasons than just losing to the big display screens.

My guess from watching the latest S4 teaser is, it will be launched in a multitude of colors, I cannot imagine a kid sayins black / white or pebble grey is his favorite color.

[deleted post]Actually, it's plastic because of NFC. NFC doesn't go through aluminum well. Also, polycarbonate doesn't shatter like Apple's glass sandwich. Did you really want to go backwards in technology?

sony's displays are better?! you mean awful... moreSamsung phones lies far behind the nokia phones in Communication Engineering + Camera Engineering + Music Experience + Look n Feel.....
n Windows is really fast fluidic...with very gud quality apps on XBOX....
means Lumia with WP8 are really sexy...
currently m using both phones...Samsung Glxy S3 n Lumia 820..... but trust me Lumia is far far better.. amazing... very very creative....everthing is just fine..neat n clean...very good work.... n it is underestimated by the market stratergies adopted by the Samsung..

Before I actually post I would like to say: I hate Android and Samsung in particular, I own a Windows Phone and much prefer it. Now that that is out of the way, my question is as follows; how the hell can a phone that hasn't been announced have a rating? Are people preemptively rating this phone badly just for the craic? What is the point of that? This site is supposed to be for people who want to see what specs a phone has and how users feel about it. Stop voting for the phone until it comes out. Who knows, it might surprise you.

[deleted post]Fancy name? Since when was Polycarbonate a fancy name? It's the same material the HTC One X uses and actually is the best material for a phone because it's light, flexible and shock resistant, and it'd probably be impossible to make from aluminium and make it possible to have a replaceable battery.
