Not all 2013 phones they dont have Android 4.3 & 4.3..012 and KNOX. Noticed Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini has Android 4.2.2 with KNOX installed. Who bizarre.
Always be careful of what phone features, when planning to buy or upgrade to on mobile contract. Its best to and specs on the samsung mobile site for UK, US and Korea (Home of the Mobile Manufacturer itself).

I feel so sorry that alot of people who updated thier smartphones, regarless of what make or model the phone to the crappy version 4.3 and onwards that includes sypware Knox pogram.
Samsung needs to quit putting all this spyaware rubbishness or they will be in trouble and go down just like blackberry did and lose sales and profits, becoming unpopular.
When I get an S4 or another phones that has v4.2.2 or v4.1.2, 4.1.1 etc... me i aint upgrading to 4.3 becuase of all the spyware, never ever updating android.
Just leaving it to its origional manufacturer where there no spyware and KNOX and not drain battery. Knox is on the galaxy note 3 and its got android 4.3, thats bad!!
For the people who have not updated thier S4, S3, LG, Motorola etc...DON'T UPDATE... Cause you all will regret it.
People dont have to update thier phones, its not necessary.

You wonder why I hate the KNOX spyware that Samsung install with Android v4.3?
Take a look at the article in the link that I am listing below. How much further is this spying going to go? This isn't about Security, that is just a ploy to fool us into accepting it - which we shouldn't!
Who knows what information is being collected with the KNOX app, and where it goes.

I have on my S4 Jelly Bean 4.3, after i check for Updates I don't know what I done now when when i switch on phone it switch On and appears only Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 nothing else. Can help me anyone please???

Its best to leave it to its origional Android version. But if you want to update it then go ahead but do reseach. Ive been reading comments on ere about the update and there were quite bad responses and it put me off and lack of compatability.
But its your decision and also other people on ere who plans to upgrade thier phones.
