Heating problem exist in 19500, i9505 when you update the software on the second version the heating will be gone but if you update it to the latest the heating issue comes back hope that helps globe telecom in the philippines dont upgrade the phone ota.. it only upgrades on the 2nd level thats why all of the issue seems to be solved in i9505

Worst mobile i have ever use better go for an s3... Uts really gving prblemm no smooth screen at all

My first question is how to determine if you are using a clone s4 or not.. mine last for 3 days without any problems. To check 4g all you need to do is go to setting more options- mobile networks- network select- lte/wcdma and the model should be i9505, I dont know though how to check if its the clone or not.. I tried every test code and its working fine.

I have had a mobile phone since 1998 and NEVER had a bad battery..I have tho had some awful third party batterys especially some for Nokias with 2600mA hour but when you peel back label its 600mA,and so on..The best third party batterys Ive had and would recommend are Anker and Mugen.

Mine too. my S4s battery got fat. I noticed it when my phone started to act really weird. The battery percentage is still at 56%, it switch off itself and when I opened it again, it went down to 8%. I think I made the wrong choice of getting a Samsung. :(

Also think if you are travelling to non home region and hard reset your phone then you are suddenly have a dead phone and searching for if the country or city has samsung service center

chiboy_d_goodboy, 24 Sep 2013got my I9505 4 months ago, and now its with Samsung service... morein my case, they told me that bcoz of using the fon surfing or gaming while on charge, that's why the batt got fat(shorted)..
..and i think it's not true, becoz iv had my s1,tab 2,and iphone 4s and they are all working well..i can say all of them were all in heavy used but not abused to test thier limits but the're all fine..
..i'm kinda get dissappointed a little bcoz of it..well, it's fine though..7

hi i have an s4 i9505 4 months old. for the past months i always use mobile data but lately when i activate the mobile data the symbol of the internet doest show and i cant use my internet pls help me what is the problem. Y_Y hwta should i do... the mobile data symbol doest appear.. Y_Y

I bought an s4 i9505 3 days ago and before buying i have checked all things needed to know if it's fake or not.. it has passed all the tests.. but what i am curious about is there was a "4G" logo at the back of my s4 which i couldn't see on any s4 i9505 images that i've searched on the net. Is my s4's casing fake?

sara, 27 Sep 2013I heard Samsung has SIM locked the phones region wise. So b... morenope.read and understand it carefully what it says.the unit have to be first used with a sim in same region to unlock it,then you can use it and put any simcard else where you want after that

I heard Samsung has SIM locked the phones region wise. So be carefully if you travel globally and use samsung phones then these phones are not for people travelling to another countries and buying local SIMS. So seems like paying unlocked prices for locked phones

replaced my gs2, because of mother board problem and buy this phone 2 days ago. playing online games after 5 minutes makes my phone back camera and front very hot. only solution turn my phone off and keep it cool.worrying that this issue maybe affect the motherboard. very disappointed. using 4g network.

looks like it's a general problem...Phone reboots a lot!in fact samsung cud have pulled out smefin better if they had waited and not resorted to sketchy architectural designs and programming...
