guys my galaxy s4 hasnt got 360 photo, niether my puse gesture working, nor air gesture and its a bit lagy. is that normal? and does anyone experanced the sae thing ? thanks

[deleted post]Got mine on Saturday. Doesn't lag in the slightest. Only ever had a very minor lag on the S3.

atb, 28 Apr 2013Well i also got my sgs 4 yesterday her in norway and i dont... morehey thanks! i called my provider and most likely my device has a defect, gonna head down to Samsung to rectify the problem. More or less should be a replacemet of a new handset.

AnonD-125482, 28 Apr 2013hi everyone, i just got my samsung galaxy S4 9hrs ago and i... moreWell i also got my sgs 4 yesterday her in norway and i dont experience any problem with this beauty anyway that what you can do is make a hard factory reset go to setings tab on acounts and scroll down and tab on secourity copie and there you find factory reset tab on it but before you try this option charge you phone up to 100 percent if that dont help bring your device back to shop where you bourgth it from hope this helps you

hi everyone, i just got my samsung galaxy S4 9hrs ago and im from singapore, im facing a sickening problem which is my phone keeps AUTO-OFF-ing 3 times already! and i believe i did not do anything wrong, i unboxed it, install the batt (without sim and SD memory card)and when i on it, the screen indicates i have 45% avail batt life. After using it for 10mins i lock the phone and the next thing i tried to unlock, it fails me till i realize it auto-offed! after on it and plugged in the charger for about 6hrs+, i explored the phone and the same shit happen for another 2 more times!!!!! can any1 pls advice on how samsung warranty is going to aid me? i believe is a bloody product defect!
