N620 is a good phone but I wonder why is not yet registered on world famous samsung phone list. U should also consider giving out free ringtones because we your customers need to feel your appreciation. Be informed that the has reached as far as Malawi in Africa but you seem to sideline most African countries. Nokia is very famous here because the owners have a very good customer care system, sometimes they give out free ringtone and colour wallpapers. Please broaden your marketing concepts. Africa is a very big continet therefore it deserves very good things since these good things have just started coming therefore I believe this could be your selling point more especially Malawi. Kindly hear my voice. Malawi has over 100,000 samsung users. What do you think.

I am Anjum From Pakistan, I am having problem by downloading the phonebook to pc. I have tried many software including EasyGsm but unable to connect. Hi I was just playing with my phone the samsung sgh n620 and the secret codes and now I have fucked my phone right up :-( I turned all the watchdog functions on and now it just keeps rebooting all the time. WHAT do I do ??????
