Do not let them get away with it & do not pay for a replacement - unless ofcourse, your screen is physically broken!!!

Beautiful touch. Sleek. Extremely poor battery. My batt is so swollen, the back cover wont sit ... :( Just placed an order for a replacement on www aliexpress com. Will post back as to quality of the battery on testing.

I am using this phone since April, 2013. recently when I was charging the phone with the normal charger, its got heated up and didn't got switched on. I thought that it would never work, I tried all possible ways to start this phone didn't worked. At last I went to Samsung service center in Bangalore and man they are really pathetic. Not even bothered to look into the phone they simply suggested me to change the display which will cost me around INR 5000 ($80), I took my phone back and connected to my laptop, changed some settings in Zune and downgraded to the old version 7.5 then it started responding now. Call can be received using head phones, but display is not coming. could any one suggest the best possible ways to get this phone back to work.

Great phone by Samsung,I am using this phone from last 18 months without any issue.
But now its battery is weak and its not available any where in delhi.WP 7.8 update is also not provided by Samsung.

I bought this phone in Jan, 2012 and its 1.5 years from purchase. My battery swelled a bit and would drain out suddenly. I checked so many places in Hyderabad, also the service centers but no one has a battery for this phone. It's such a shame that Samsung does not provide any support for Windows phones as they do not get much revenue out these. Finally I had purchase a battery from a local mobile shop but cant guarantee if this is original. The shopkeeper also gave me 6 months warranty.

Awesome phone I think
In low cost
It works superb
Videos and music excellent
I know it has some drawbacks but
it was more secure for my phone
It was just amazing
