I am having a tough time getting my Omnia W I8350 (purchased Feb 2012) repaired.
The service at authorised Samsung service centres is pathetic for this phone (and may be for other Samsung phones too which are not top sellers).
Since February I am trying to get my touch screen replaced which got damaged accidently and have tried at 2-3 service centres in Delhi but they don't seem to have a spare one.
Can anyone help me on this and suggest alternatives?

I using this model still now for more then a year,Its awesome mobile.
long battery life and no hanging,process speed is fast,updation available for OS 7.5 to 7.8.
Excellent camera for using different apllication.Fether touch screen stunnig use.
Drawback:
no expandable memoery slot,not much free application.

AnonD-33395, 12 Apr 2013did u get official 7.8 update for ur omnia w via zune or u ... moreyes, last week when i connected my phone to zune software, it was asking update. followed the instructions and with no head ache my omnia w works in windows 7.8. surely no issues. go for it. it is too good.
