Samsung won't let you download Edge Panels after updating to One UI 7.0
Samsung hasn't rolled out One UI 7.0, but leaks revealed it will come with some changes. One of them will be the termination of Edge Panel downloads from the Galaxy Store.
The Korean conglomerate has issued a notice informing users that they won't be able to download Edge Panels from the Galaxy Store after upgrading their devices to One UI 7.0. However, they will be able to use the Edge Panels downloaded on their devices before updating to One UI 7.0. These Panels will be available in the Galaxy Store's "My apps" section. But if you uninstall them after upgrading to One UI 7.0, you won't be able to re-download them.
Oddly enough, users of new devices running One UI 7 or later will also be able to download the Edge Panels through the Galaxy Store's "My apps" section, but only the ones previously installed on their older devices.
