whats going to bee its price allready unblock and reagy to go on the states because im from hondura ill buy one of this one i like this tab....people say why someone its going to buy a 7" phonue but its a very usefull one and i prefer this to the icrap tab!! lol

How can you jump into a conclusion and 'wonder' about my precious SAMSUNG TAB being designed in FLAW? You haven't had your hand on it you know. You must stop wondering. You perfectly know that my precious Samsung Tab cannot squeeze into your small pants pocket unless you have big one. But still it cannot be put in to briefcase? That's pure rubbish.
Oh!!! I know now, you start looking for waitressing job so that you can put it on a tea tray, be sure not to spill the tea on it. Otherwise your customer will pick and choose between the tea and Samsung Tab. Goodluck on the waitressing job.

I totally agree with you. IPAD assembled in China, and is expensive. If it is assembled in the US, I will accept the highly overpriced IPAD, bcoz US executives are usually highly overpaid, so APPLE need to sell their product expensive to cover their executive high salary. I haven't had the chance to have my hand on Samsung Tab yet, I will definitely have the Samsung Tab once it reaches the shelves in my country. I know it's good with think free office in it and the phone will for business and pleasure. My IPAD without office application and adobe flash, quite a dissapointment. Just good for email and ordinary web browsing minus the adobe flash 10.1.

It is a tablet like the i-pad but it has the power of a phone...and its a cheaper from i-pad very cool to use esp.here in the Philippines

Why do some individuals want a 7" pocketable device? The Tab is carried like a planner, it is not supposed to be pocketable. I hope this comes with a leather case to make it look more luxurious.

Lol, somebody said it's a midget iPad. Well, your precious iPad is nothing more than a large iPod touch. In addition , this has plenty more to offer than the iPad at probably a considerably smaller price ( like every Apple product the iPad is really overpriced).
It has 2 cameras ( that's right, 2, iPad= 0 cameras),telephony (including 3G video calls,iPad = no phone calling),Adobe Flash player 10.1 ,Bluetooth 3.0 and proper multitasking. The iPad is nothing but a media player, an iPod touch on steroids.

fone@rena has recently reported that the tab is coming to india.
and samsung is the only reliable android supplier with nationwide presence, so they wont exclude india,imo....

so, checkout the specs before buying and confirm the tab supports ATLEAST following frequencies..
gsm-900/1800
hspda-2100(hspda, if you want to use 3g in india)
and make sure the tab is UNLOCKED...
it will work, good luck!!!

We have Two Ipads. I find the Apple Ipad very limiting, all of Apple aplicatins drive you to there online content that you have to pay more for. Now the Samsung P1000 is a true malty media sized phone for games, web and movies that you don't have to squint your eyes to see. Granted there are smaller multimedia phones but you will always wish they where bigger to show pics or to see movie.
big step forward all though i do agree with other comments: It should have 5MP camera and there 16 Million color screen.
