I've enjoyed my Tab but after some time using the phone u tend to pick up defaults! Like the fact that the phone becomes useless in a place where there is sunlight! Most of the features are internet based! Email forwarding, it copies the text of previous mail!!!
That can become very annoying!

If you want to update to gingerbread you will have to trick the pad to think iti is from spain. Just dial *#06# to see the IMEI code. Write it down. Then dial *#272*imei# It will show you the codes for different countries. Chose the Spain code FOP or Italy code ITV and press instal. It will reboot. After that, connect to freshly installed kies on PC and it will tell you a new version is available. InstaL? Oh...and you will need more than 3Gb space on C drive of your PC. Good luck!

firstly you should try adding another gmail accounts..go to settings->accounts and syncs->add accounts..after that go to market,tap on the options,and select account..choose the second account which you have just made..

some tabs which have different product region will not be able to update the tab at the moment..please read my post in reply to arun on how to update it..
but please make sure on what firmware your tab is running at the moment by going to settings->about device->firnware version..just to make sure whether your stilk on froyo or already updated to gingerbread..

arun, 12 Nov 2011hai i wolud like to know how to upload gingerbread?anyone h... morehey..firstly,you should try updating you firmware via kies software (the cd that are supplied with the tab)..make sure you choose kies connection in : settings->wireless and networks->usb settings..install the kies software into your computer using the cd,connect your tab to the computer and wait until all the driver had installed,then open kies,check for the updates,and hope it'll be available for you..
another way is to flash your tab with odin,there are many instruction on the net,just visit xda-developers site and search for it..but i must warn you though,you must be carefull and know what you're doing..the instructions MAY looks easy but once you screw up,you could brick your tab (i did once)..so if youre going to try,be exrta carefull and read,understand the instructions..
then alternate way is by bringing your tab to nearest care centre,or licensed mobile shops,and have them update it for you,but you'll have to pay..just bring the warranty card along,maybe they wont charge you if you bring it and show to them..

i had used sensation before..for me,sensation is also a great phone,it has the advantage of dual core 1.2ghz processor,so overall experience with opening apps,gaming,surfing the net etc etc,sensation is much smoother and faster..but the battery life is bad,it drains quickly..and the camera for me is great..the sensation also wins on the user interface,htc had apply sense ui v3.0 into it,and i personally love it..
then if youre interested in bigger screen,galaxy tab p1000 will be the right choice for you,the 7" screen is still pocketable and easy to carru for me..the battery life is also great,plus the tab has stereo speakers(i remind you,sensation speaker is awful),and this is the only tab that had telephony(ability to call) out of the box..
overall its up to you mate,if you wait for a couple of days,maybe galaxy tab 7" plus will available in your country,it'll be running on android honeycomb,dual processor and much more upgrade compared to the p1000 tab..
and if you insist on buying sensation,go for sensation xe,it has bigger batteries plus exclusive headset..goodluck..

it's a device i can absolutely suggest for a friend, it is easy to use ,flexible and more user friendly. i dont regret purchasing it.

I am a owner of the Galaxy tab, and I can say that as an all round work station I have no regrets for making this purchase. I consider the expandable memory and phone capability an added bonus. At any point in time I can combine both business and pleasure in a manageable package. I upgraded to Gingerbread with no problems and by adding SPB shellI am able to fully exploit the multiple homescreens. Great job Samsung.

accounting software by the name of Peachtree can be used on Galaxy P1000 or not?

It is the best of its kind on the market at the moment however if Samsung ever win the battle of tyrant apple they have a new version waiting, and its basically got the same specs as the galaxy SII. However the phone is quite big (ofcourse its 7") but it also has an added 2cm or so going around the screen which makes it bigger too. if you'll be ok with something slightly smaller like 5.3" the samsung note i think its called is the best bet. as it is allot smaller because border around the screen is under 1/2 cm thick. I hope this helped, Im getting on of these for christmas :D!
