Turn off your tab before you insert the sim card, never insert still in, the tab will not recognize it. If your tab still can't make a call try next step. 2. Go to settings > mobile networks > network operator > search. After your network appeared, choose it then try again calling. If still not working, better go to samsung shop or authorized dealer for repair or replacement.

Samsung is the man of Modern days Mobile technology. I was one that always use Nokia + Symbian OS but with the arrival of Samsung Galaxy and Android OS, I can no longer be with Nokia so I have to give away my N97 to enable me get Galaxy SII. After which I bought P1000 and now I have P6800 thinking about buying the new SII. Thank to Samsung and Android

wanzy, 24 Jun 2012I already ask the samsung customer service, sadly they repl... moremost of the app in the market is not tablet optimized that is why you need to search for tab specific game, try to calibrate your gyroscope in settings. I am playing games that is using gyroscope sensor if the problem persists update to ics. Try KIES or manually update your device visit SAMMOBILE for details

so this isnt an issue, it's just purely out-of-the-box bonus when u purchase Samsung =)

I hate carrying my laptop everywhere so i wanna know what all things it cant do which laptops/pc's can... I own galaxy s which can not upload my pdf files or documents in gmail accounts or any other web page where required... Also online payments sucks in my galaxy S n i dont wanna carry my laptop on the go so can thz tab can do all these stuffs which i ve mentioned?? I ve seen various tabs but thz one looks amazing n has fab features... Plz tell me guys is it worth buying???

I bought a Samsung Tablet P6800 and was able to make a call using my blackberry sim however this has only worked once and now whenever I put my sim card in it says that no sim card. Is this a fault as only had it 7 days?
Any one help?

why the strength of wifi connection are weak if compare with galaxy tab 10.1?when tab 7.7 have 3 bar signal the signal for tab 10.1 have 4 bar signal and have more strong signal strength rather than tab 7.7 anyone have reason why?

Just got my tablet. The screen sometimes flicker like it is adjusting screen brightness automatically. Does it have a sensor that does it, or is there something wrong with my tablet?

I already ask the samsung customer service, sadly they reply this 7.7 is not support most of android market, thats why when i download the compass it goes wrong direction, games with gyro/accelerometer also failed...
Now, when i key in *#*#0*#*#* also not function anymore to check the system. I have to re-format many time.....
Come on Samsung..... Fix it quick!

Anonymous, 17 Jun 2012files on memory card like songs and movies are multiplying... morei faces the same issue, just remove the memory card and fe-insert again.
But if the file/song within the device memory... Dont know how to do it...

I thought this product was awesome. Boasting its superamoled screen. The first tab with superamoled in the market yet it has a LOT of issues with it screen. POOR quality control by samsung. Try to google first about product issues. Not just about its features. Samsung doesnt even address our concern properly. They should recall ALL tab 7.7 with screen issues.
