I don't not think you can use it as a Phone. I think you can use it with a Cellular LTE Dial up Connection, and/or WiFi only?? I would like to know more too??

Yuvraj , 24 May 2014I have this same device but it as in your specifications it... morehoneycomb OS is lower than ics 4.04, so your tab has been updated to latest version (4.04), no higher update anymore.

I have this same device but it as in your specifications it was written OS honeycomb but mine is still ich 4.0.4
And whenever I go to settings for update it shows no update are available... Please helo
