this true guy is simply saying wrong things about dis fone....wen u r talking about dis fone,it's battery qualkity is rokking.....sum1 earlier said dat though dat the first 2 cells go off rapidly,but d last 3 r simply rokking......

also,i'd suggest dat go n buy from d authorised SAMSUNG DEALER,AS IN THEY'LL GIVE U 4 5K.....I've bought it and therefore saying dis.....

THE RICH METALIC LOOK,2MP CAMERA....SOUND SYSTEM,SCREEN VISIBILITY,8 GB EXPANDABLE MEMORY,BLUETOOTH FASTER THAN OTHERS....THIS IS SIMPLY GR8 IN Rs 5K....A MUST BUY 4 EVERY1.......THIS FONE ROKKZZZZ!!!!!

    this phone compl;etyely sucks..., see the battery quality, atandby time. nokia and sony ericssions arer much much better than this....! never buy it! thanks . with regards..(true guy)

      Hi
      I have been trying to install Opera on my S3500. I have converted the JAR file into JAD file and put it in my phone. When i click on install i am getting an Java Error: I/O exception.
      Can anyone help me in solving this problem.

      The jar and jad files are on my memory card of the phone.

          Then open NEW SAMSUNG PC STUDIO and Select TOOLBOX! There you can find, Phonebook!
          Select phone book, a window will appear, at the right top corner you can find three buttons, one to close the phone book, another one is to minimize the phonebook and first button look like right click button on keyboard!
          Click that icon, there you can find 1
          )Import from PC,
          2)Export to PC,
          3)Print
          4)SYNC
          5)SYNC settings
          6)HELP
          7)Version information

          Then select, EXPORT TO PC option!!
          it asks,"VCARD - Export contact information to Standard vCard file" or "Phonebook - Export contact information to Phonebook file" Choose any one of the option!!Simple!!!

          HOPE IT WILL HELP!!!

                Hi Nevin, I liked the way you put up things for MY GM200. I have this phone and 2 weeks back i bought S3500 for my wife. Frankly i have to accept that S3500 is much superior to my GM200. I dont want to give up my Phone but I accept that Samsung S3500 is better if compared to my phone. Sometimes you need to accept things as the way they are.

                  Can we transfer (copy) our contacts(phone numbers in phonebook) from samsung 3500i to PC???

                  If YES, Please tell

                  Please tell some procedure to transfer or copy those numbers to PC.. as a backup

                        to install it pls read erlier comments we have already write here installation procedure in details.

                        For you i'm repeating it!!!
                        Download the Jadmaker from this website

                        http://www.tucows.com/preview/347348

                        Download any JAR file and convert that into JAD using the above software!
                        Then you will get two files: 1.Jar(size according to the apps or games) 2.Jad(size=1KB)!
                        Put them both on Phone memory or other files in Memorycard! Then click the JAD file in your mobile... It ask "Do you want to install?" Select Install button and the apps or game will installed in less than a second!!

                        You can see your installed games and apps in MAIN MENU----> APPLICATION----> GAMES AND MORE -----> MY GAMES-----> your installed game or apps!!!!

                                  s3500 have good battery backup if you know to improve it......to do this.....
                                  just go to menu-
                                  settings-
                                  display and light-
                                  keypad light-
                                  now set it to night time ans save......
                                  now your keypad light will glow after 5pm and it will at 9am automatically....
                                  do it for a week or 2
                                  after that you battery backup will improve a lot....

                                      to s3500 users.
                                      "CUT, COPY, REMOVE, PASTE"
                                      guyz have u tried copy paste feature in messaging.
                                      wenever u write a message n u want some lines to copy, cut n paste jus press option(left soft key) - edit page - text selection on - now u can select the text which u wanna cut or copy as u did on ur PC - then press option - edit text - now choose cut copy or remove watever u want - say u copy it then took the curser to the place where u want to paste it press option - edit text - paste...... done!!!!!! as simple as that.
                                      i hope all u guyz like this copy paste function. hope it help.
