I agree that it's a user-friendly phone...
... morei just bought this model last week cos I was after the document viewer feature but I'm having problems with it.
I've downloaded a pdf file, it opened but gee I can't read the document because the texts are too small and the zooming features doesn't work.
i also downloaded games on it but it won't open and also videos which are 3gp files but it says not supported content.
could anyone help and tell me why is this so.

Hello...
I want to install an application with volume of 1.5MB (JAR file)on my mobile S3600 phone. I have a 1GB mass memory too. But it cannot be installed and every time I see an error message meaning: YOUR JAR FILE IS ECEEDED OF AUTUHRISED VOLUME. What does it mean? And how I can install my file finally on my mobile?

you can change the answer settings to either one..and yes it comes in pink

I am thinking of buying this mobile but have i question which i wish to clear before: When opening the mobile to answer a call you have 2 options, either you open it and take the call automatically or else you have to press a button in order to answer it. So, if it is de-activated and you have to press a button to answer it, can you still close the phone while it is still ringing, without cancelling the call? Many thanks for your answers.

I agree that it's a user-friendly phone...
It also supports many file formats such as...
>>SMAF, MIDI, SP-MIDI, MP3, AMR, ACC, WMA, and RA Playback for audio files... you can convert amr to mp3 with this http://www.amrtomp3converter.com/
>>mpeg4 and h.263 for videos... but make sure your video frame size is 176x144 max.. you can download a video converter to convert your video's format and frame size... I recommend Any Video Converter...
>> Our phone could also read documents... and it's my favorite feature of S3600... it can view PDF's ,.txt's, and MS Office 2003 Documents (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Note: your filename should not exceed 52 characters or else you can't view it with your phone....

Guys, you won't believe, but today is the 17-th day this phone works in stand by mode after single charge without any calls, but also without switching it off at nights... So, totally phone has already last more than 400 hours in stand by mode. Unbelievable, but this is truth.
Since it was just initial charge after purchase, I suppose after 4-5 charge-recharge cycles it will last even more.

Had the phone for a day. so far so good. I took the time yesterday and set it up through all the menu's. I am impressed with the clarity of the phone calls. i can hear everyone very well. It is kind of a pain having to go into profiles just to change the ringer volume but no big deal. All new things seem complicated until you get used to them.
I got the unlocked version so i wouldn't get stuck with a 2 year contract with T-Mobile.
I paid $170 plus tax.....Is that price average??

you're right it is really a great phone on it's low price...
I have one myself and so far i am very satisfied with it...
I can watch movies, read manga and ms office documents and pdfs, listen to my favorite music clearly, and customize it the way i like...
I very much like its feature on document viewing...
about your problem...
try adding up MS Office 2003 files in the "Other Files" Folder...
MS Office 2007 does not work in it...
and make sure the file name of your files does not exceed 52 characters or you won't be able to see your file...
