Any idea how to sync contacts to computer. I don't want to sync it with outlook. Is it possible so sync it only into the PC Studio or harddisk directly? Please help. Thanks.

Once stolen you just have to mail your 15digit IMEI
no. to cop@vsnl.net
no need to go to cops.

even in case your no is being changed.
your service provider can also help u in tracing d fone..but dey wont take d pain for 1 handset unless cops interfere..

Some more good news regarding mobile tracker.
It's new version has got load of features.
Imagine............
you have the current mobile no. being used in your phone
and you send some formatted text SMS to that no. and you get all your contacts back..
you lock your phone, and make it useless
you lock your phonebook and messages and DB related stuff, so that thief cann't see any of your details..
how's that :)

S5233 comes with a stylus compartment, while the S25220 doesn't come up with a stylus compartment..
Anyways i have the S5233 and to tell u honestly i'm not using the stylus so it's always in it's compartment.. because it's much easier to use w/o using the stylus.. Using your fingers is much easier..

In south africa, the samsung s5233 rocks! Mxit is amazing, evry1 is in aww when it dnt make a sound when i mxit unda the clas rum desk. The camera is pretty decent and the Touchwiz is good and screen is responsive. Dnt need wifi or whatever, Great Phone. GREAT price. Mtn and vodacom work fine. Cell c has Gprs issues.

i bought star 3dyz bck and frm then onwrds im facing prb,when i swtch of the phone and nrmly turn it on...it wrks bt when i take out the batery or for memory card....and then try to switch it on it doesnt wrks :( :(
thn i attach adapter pin to it and try to switch it on while charging bt as soon as i attach the phone restrts time and time.... :(
and it only turn on when the phne wishes....i dnknw whts the prb :( :(

i've set-up the mobile tracker that's why i traced the SIM number that the motherf****r used in my phone.
to all star users, or Samsung fones for that matter, this mobile tracker is a very nice feature..set it up soon u have ur fone..
yup got the IMEI..the mobile tracker's text includes the fone's IMEI number..can i locate the fone just knowing the IMEI number?? Thought with the IMEI, i could just request the telecom companies to ban the fone and it would render the fone useless forever..

by the way, am planning to replace my star with the smaller 3G version with flash, i think it is 5260.

is there a way i can locate it??? using gprs or something..
was able to trace the SIM number used by the thief via the "mobile tracker" feature. but i can only trace the phone number being used.
i want to trace the location too...is there a way??
