I hav changed the battery as previouse one not working properly and now the phone is not able to switch on even though the battery is new.

I've spoken to more than 10 people that I know and everyone has the same proble with the samsung pc studio, I was told by cell phone consultants to download or reinstalling the software on my pc, believe it still does not work.For me the phone is a no go.

The touch screen on this phone is really very poor as only gives problems when the phone has complted one year, many of my frnds have the same issue.
