I have a problem with my phone it has suddenly freeze, i cannot make any calls or received them as the touch system is not working.

i bought my phone about 1 year back....so i droped it once....and the mic in my phone broked....wonder whether it could be made...???

used the fone for a year now but now have issues with the touch screen itself.... hope its repairable

I bought this cellphone in month of August 15 2009....till to then m using this handset and found no problem excellent phone ...no problem at all sound quality is awesome...as well as picture quality...also when i access to internet it give nice speed while downloading...this phone has been fallen lot of time on the floor but then to it still look a new brand phone..it feel great when i speak on this phone...no word to prescribe this phone awesome ..fantastic superb...cheaper ...and standarized phone

i am using Samsung Star Phone for last 1 month but i am not satisfy with it.
So many samll bugs are there in this phone.
- Restart Automatically when you are using Internet with any other application.(someTime)
-Touch Screen Is Very Poor.
- MediaPlayer has no back option to return current playlist it leaves on full track list.
-No MultiPorpuse Use Menas can not run 2 or more App same time risk to restart Phone.
- message Box has only 10 member to send msg at same time and those are need to select one by one manualy alse then can send only for 10 Member.
Finally very Poor Phone.....!!
so i would not suggess you to purchase the phone.

Hi, I bought this phone last month. Excellent phone I must say. But I am having trouble when I attempt to charge my phone. Sometimes(Not every time) the phone automatically shut down when I connect it with charger. Any solution for this? Please help me.

i am using it for more than one year.it is slow n it also hangs sometimes.camera is good n speaker is also fine.its battery is a big problem.i have to keep on charging it all time.on the whole its fine not so good.

Really good phone. Had it for exactly a year now only problem ive had is that sometimes my phone restarts when i put eh phone down on a little too hard, not happend with any others that i know of and about 5 friends have the same phone. i would recommend it to anyone looking into getting this phone. my contract has now ran out but i get a free phone upgrade with a 24month contract so im gonna go for a new phone but im definatly keeping this as a backup :D

nice phn.
few prbs: while the sms is in 'sending' mode, no other apps can be operated. Sms delivery msg delivered separated, tick on the sent msg wud hve been more useful.

I've had mine for since July 2010, so about 8 months, and for the first time, while i was listening to the radio, the whole screen turned off. None of the hard keys would work, yet the radio was still going... so i had to take the battery out because it was the only way to restart... Anyone else had a similar issue???

meera, 16 Oct 2010i want to know , 5230 phone has a touch pen? plzI bought my partner tocco S5230 for xmas..no it doesnt come with a touch pen,But i gave him my touch pen from my nintendo DS which he finds much easier to use on the touch screen,if you have'nt got a Nintendo you can by the pens seperately..hope this helps..
