I just love my samsung star wifi!!! :)I think this phone is so great. It has Wi-Fi and a whole lot more plus it's affordable. :)

guyz i wanna make a back up of my msgs...
is there a program where we can transfer our msgs from phone to pc..?just like how its done in nokia via the nokia pc suite...
i know we can do it through the samsung pc studio but the backup made is in.nrf format which is not readable
i want the back up to be made in a readable form...is there a way to do that?

OMG! i have my samsung star and i always think that the only aplication that this phone needs is wifi and now it have it.. i think this telephone is really great and really usefull

I had the same problem but i solved the problem with MOBILEdit, this program do backups of our information since any cellphone, U can restore the backup on diferents models and marks

i can't utilized the wi_-fi & gprs a... morewhat country are you from? my wifi works well.. if you can't connect your wifi then the settings of the wifi might not fit your phone. Try your wifi in another wifi zone. Or maybe, there's just something wrong with your unit.
About your GPRS, ask the settings from your network provider or from the company where you bought your sim card.

hale-0, 10 Sep 2010can i add dictionary as my application here?? because corby... moreinstall your dictioanry using JAVA. Just download the dictionary JAR file into your phone. But first, you need to have a JAD copy of your file, then use your JAD to install your dictionary. It's a bit technical but it's easy as 123. Just search dictionary for samsung star at mobile9.com. Ask your friends how to get files or search it yourself in net where you can almost all info.
