The phone is great, it has all the functionalities that i want (except it has no hsdpa) for a low price... The UI is very user-friendly. I just bought my star few hours ago for PhP9990. I just have a hard time looking for received files via BT. Can you suggest where can we DL games/apps/widgets for this?

Go to browser menu...click on network profile..
Now put the necessary information...
now do check preferences....
mark.. your wifi network as ur connection...
hope it will work fine...

2 days back I baought Samsung star wifi, phone display and looks are simply amazing, touch functions works great, wifi also perform good( not great), so far I didnt experience any hang kind of problem but you may find difficulty in accessing Youtube and Orkut,,, they have provided the feature but doesnt work at all,,
But precisely I can say... its value for money.. I bought this phone from mobilestore @8800rs with taxes... samething u will find at 9400@ Croma,,so do search fr best price befr buying....

SKUD , 28 Dec 2009Can u provide site for downloading games and apps SKUD, for the moment i'm really searching for some but so far...none...try downloading some through mobiles24.com, i tried to download 1 game and it was ok, but the game itself was pretty boring...i haven't tried to download any apps yet but will try and update you guys if it's compatible or not...
last unit i've owned was a SE K770i, and there were tons of games and apps that i've downloaded...i tried to transfer some apps from SE over to my S5233w, got it installed, specially the app that locks files (e.g. pictures, mp3, vids), it ran with no problems, except when i tried to lock the files, it didn't...
i tried the bluetooth hacker(the friendly hacking bluetooth), it installed, but also didn't work properly, i'm currently searching for any possible sites out there that would provide at least JAVA apps and games compatible with a touchscreen if not specifically for the Star Wifi and i'll try it if it would run perfectly.
i'll let you guys know about the verdict...

actually iam going to buy this phone so i need to know if there is any problem with it what about the sound conversation ,spreakers ,music time ,battery life ,camera quality ,if it is easy to deal with it ,can i download programes on it so iam waiting for your opinions tell me everything you know about that phone and should i buy it or not, thnxxxxxxxxx.
