1)yes the orientation automatically switches from portrait to landscape(when we hold phone in landscape mode) while watching videos or images ?(for this u have to go in settings & from there u can change the orientation settings)
2)yes (themes,applications,games,wallpapers,tunes,videos) can be downloaded easily from application included in mobile through WiFi or through computer
3)its display is dam cool, slim &stylish with 3.2 mps camera better than nokia 5800 with flash
4)i bought it for $185

I am really eager to buy this phone now. Have just seen its functions. It is really nice and for those who want user friendly phone, go for this. People say different things. But, you personally check it out if any of your friends or family has it, you will come to know the real picture of it. Cannot expect more at that price!!!!!!!!!!!

1. i have installed one ... more(1)to uninstall a gadget 1>press the menu button 2>click on edit button on top left corner.3>scroll to the page where the application icon is located(you will see a red circle with minus sign at the side of each application icon)4>click on that icon.thats all
(2)it is much better to put a screen guard the touch sensitivity remains fine and it wont made any difference to your handset looks

wave 525 is a very nice phone (100percent recommended)
if you want to type using your phone as a pen,just open the keyboard-long press the en button(a pop up dialog box will appear)-then click on keyboard type-click on writing box.
the music quality is nice(5.1 ch) but cant compete with se walkman series.
