yes the password to reset the phone memory is 12345

ya this phone is very good i have been using this phone since last 2 years still now i didnt get any prblm with this mobile really amazing ............camera clarity and image editor superb and everything is goooooooooooooooooooooood

It has small memory storage but I like it for It's literally sturdy. I fling it on purpose many times, it still works well. d^_^b

Dis is not the best mobile but Its is a good one I'm using this mobile from past 5years I don't have any problem with dis phone but compare to android phones dis one don't support temple run angry bird game's but it as a java and jar games which is quit good and I'm browsing more then 5hrs in this mobile I don't have any hanging problems are sudden switch off only thing you have to do is clear ur caches and internet data so that you own get such hanging problems and compare to other mobiles the picture quality is good even video is good there is only disadvantage its not a android mobile if you need a android mobile then your mobiles going to be switched off and hang on offen, I have experienced dis mobile so i love my samsung wave decent mobile for decent person

Don't buy this phone. It is useless and always hangs. Battery is also weak. Many videos don't work. Internet lags. If you want to buy, but Nokia. It is good. This company is not good.
