I bought this mobile 1 week back!
I already gone through all reviews about the mobile and then had hands on and went for the mobile.
I know the negative features of the mobile:
1. Poor Harware (312Mhz process with 64MB ram) - but we need to check out that the BADA OS is one among the lightest browser which does not require much processing power. However there will be some response time in extreme cases such as two or more BADA apps opened at a time
2. Audio Clarity - Poor quality audio output. Am not sure if it could play well with a good headset however i tried nokia's headset but wave 533 doesnot support that one
3. Music Player - eats much processing power and makes the system to respond very slow and at times very very slow
4. Limited number of Apps - in the Samsung apps market.
Now coming to the positive points about the mobile:

Can anybody tell me what are the different types of video formats that we can play on Wave533?
And also lemme know where can I get best video cutter which converts all the formats to compatibke format?

confused, 08 Mar 2011I have downloaded some free applications and it can been se... moretake main menu.there will be an "edit" option in top left .after clicking this option there will be a "-" sign in installed apps.click in that "-" phone will uninstall the corresponding application.
plz provide feed back

I have downloaded some free applications and it can been set up as an icon on desktop on the main menu..wnat to delete applications as it eats up on my memory of 2 GB card what I have but there is no delete option...please advice

This wave phone has everything, almost, except for 3G network connectivity, I mean, really? MicroSD, Bluetooth, Capacitive multi-touch touchscreen, WLAN, GPS, BUT NO 3G!!! NO FLASH? oh well, im happy enuf with the price

when i use the qwerty physical on my s533 it doesn't give sound only the number keys and #* keys give sound
pls tel me whether its default in all s533 or its a problem in my mobile......

or use bolt browser..

heys guys go 4 dis fone dnt listen 2 ne1 who wryts negative abt dis fone i hv bn using it since 5 mnths n dese are da points i noticed in it
1.music quality awesum not equivalent to sony ericsson or ifone bt mch betr dan ne of the nokia music series fones
2. video playback cool clarity depends on the compression
3.internet surfing is fast if u r using the correct operator since its a 2g fone accessin youtube is an headache bt facebook n mails no doubt u wil mis ne of da updates
4.wifi gps god has blessed dis fone wit speed n accuracy in bot of dese i hv roamed an entire city on da gps witout askin a single person evn though i ws new to dat city
5.samsung apps r a bit boring u need 2 settle to jar file downlaods wich r nt o mch use
6.da fone hangs nly if u do to mch of multitaskin or u forget to close da apps. the fone even has a task manager of its own(* ppl blamin 4 fone slwin dwn plz chck dis feature its in da settings section)
7. touch screen can b compared wit da ifone
8. da best feature is da inbox wich gvs u a conversation view along wit ur mails. u cn cal it da ultimate inbox. u dnt hv 2 scroll btwn folders 2 search ur mails n mesages separately
9. nly drawback is it isnt 3g da info gvn on samsung website is wrng i chckd it
if ne1 is nt in da lookout 4 a 3g fone fone n wnt a gud 2g smartfone dis wil b your perfect choice.

walid, 07 Jan 2011plz, i need to know how i can use 5.1 system sound in this ... morethere is asmple way firstly go to music player then in setting then normal both the equiliser as well as effects remember go to music player setting not song setting now enjoy the music

hi frndz...
u hav dis model bt m telling u truth plz dnt buy this 1 as it wud bcm slow and wil frequently gang out widin 3 mnths and if u hv added sm apps evn 20 then it wud start slowing...
it cntain no good quality apps as android has...
i 2 want 2 sell it nw and having android one...
plz guyz/ galz.. it looks great bt trst me it wud start hanging...

excellent value for money... SMS/Apps/Java Games/ everything can be stored on Memory Card, this is important since there isn't a lot of space on the phone memory.
the free Samsung Apps donot show the true potential of the Accelerometer... the WiFi was very smooth after the memory usage was changed from phone to memory card.
the touch is very good with the capacitative screen, not as great as the iPhone, but then again, the price of iPhone is 4 times that of Wave 533. the GPS i tried didn't always give a hundred percent accurate result, it was off by 320m as notified on the screen.
reading/forwarding SMSs is very easy and conversation list is a great way to organize. but if/when the conversation list goes over 200, reading old messages can cause the phone to go slow.
all in all very good value for money...
