Using it from last 3 days. Very nice phone in this price range.
The closest competitor Galaxy 3 is 3.5 grands costlier and full touch. This one has got Qwerty keyboard (I am not too inclined towards touch).
Being Java enabled, it supports most of the commonly used apps. Just installed Google maps on it, working absolutely fine. Good value for money.

just buy it if u like it n then u can see the CPU power inside of it. I want 2 buy 1 but my money doesn't enough yet. I've seen its review in a magazine n its nice,worth 4 the money that we spend. Maybe the CPU is about 400-600 mhz,half from its big brother the s8500wave. It has 2 color,white n black. '' its gonna be my baby dont matter if it black or white '' JACKO

helloo friends..
m planning to buy this phone. but m confused for its 1 problem. As some users right this phone speed is so slow & it creates trouble sometime because of its speed.
So guys plz tell me anyone else also facing the same problem. & while u receive call then it takes 1-2 seconds to connect..? it its speed slow & irritating..??

Awesome phone in this price range. I have been using this phone for past 10 days. great sound quality both in speaker and headphones(5.1 channel surround sound option in headphones which is awesome). Looks are fabulous, camera quality is great,touch quality is superb(i.e capacitive touch),internet access is also nice the only disappointment is the unavailability of flash and 3G. But it's a value for money set. Go for it.

the new WAVE 533 is very good phone in its range.. it has a very good screen, picture clearity, camera is also gud but it doesnt have auto focus..
the main drawback of this phone is its speed!! its really slow.. even when u receive a call it takes 1-2 seconds.. frustating..
BADA .. user friendly os but it does not support any format.. u cant download apps other than samsung apps.. dis is also vry irritating.. i dint like this phone due to its working speed..
spend your money wisely.. i will rate this phone 4/10
