frnds i am also using the shark 4rm last 4 months it's a nice phone... just download the uc web browser it will work better while using net or uploading photos..

when i add a mobile number (Eg 077777777) to phone book with a name and when the caller rings me it shows only the number and not shown caller name. same will appear when receiving massages also. main problem is, not recognise phonebook name for the same number
Eg. we add as 077777777 as Anne. but when the call coming it shows 77777777.(not shown the name)
how to fix it ?.is this a settings issue or something?? pls help me.

hi people, iam using this mob from 2 months,it's gud.still,i have problems with mob.iam not able to forward photos from my mob to gmail or yahoomail or orkut.its is showing error msg like "dns failed".plz tell me dns settings. And iam not able to browse orkut in this mob.i have downloaded orkut sucssesfully but after singing in, it is showing "denied" error.can any one provide solution plz

i have dis phone.But when i use softs like opera 4.2,ucweb and nimbuzz, it gets stuck. when i try to edit a search title in opera, the edit page appears,the page has no clear button.when i type the details and takes the menu button for selecting 'ok'(i think there is no other way to do it),the edit page freezes and no keys work.besides,the phone will not switch off if we press the off button.So i am forced to remove the battery without switching it off
now my battery is slightly weak....
Anyone faced this difficulty before??
Anyone knew any remedy??

This phone has a very troubling complaint.when i use softwares like opera 4.2 and ucweb, it gets stuck.. this happens mainly,when i try to edit the search item... the editting windows appears,but no clear button, and also, after editting when i open the menu to select 'ok' (i think there's no other way to do it), the software will freeze and won't close. and the phone will not switch off.so i am forcd to open the case to get the battery out to turn it off.now my battery is weak!

this phone is good as compare to price but there is some problem it has:
1. whenever it gets hang on any application you can't do anything(even switch off) , u have to get it's battery out to switch it off. and then switch on to work.
2.it's battery backup is not good, those who use it as modem or want to surf internet , it's a major concern.
3.poor camera performance on dim light.
4.keypad light also sometimes when u play any game goes off.
so, although it is providing many features in low price but not a perfect phone.
