I'm using this phone since last 7months. beleive me guys its a superb handset. Picture quality is just awesome. sound quality rocks... and the most important point, its battery back-up is very very good. till now I have not faced any problem, although it was dropped twice carelessly. I have used a lot of sets. coz, I'm crazy about mobile phones. But havn't got this type of phone earlier. Its just great..!! Go for it.. You will be very satisfied.

just push the back cover properly from front and firmly place ur hand on back cover ie place ur four fingers on cover and gently push

i bought this phone. its awesome. and every thing is just fine exept that i'm having trouble with the steel back cover(battery cover) . i open it but cant close itproperly . can someone help me please???
since i got this trouble i'm having another trouble with battery and charging process.
additionally some times the phone goes off automatically and then turning it on is really hard .
i got all of these troubles since i got trouble with th battery cover .
please help me

it is very beautyful phone and low price in india 3g phone. camera is very creatively in this phone. sound is not loudly but 3d sound is very creatively.3g call is good live tv is eassily show.but drawback in this phone is 4way key is not light.bluethooth is very very slow in any handset.In this phone song,video,are receve is very slow in other phone because bluethooth is slow but copy good option in this phone.

sd, 08 Dec 2010getting problems with internet connector while connecting ... moreOn phone go to menu>settings>connections and define a new connection using access point bsnlnet.
After installing pc studio, connect phone using usb cable. select 'pc studio' on the phone. Now if PC studio starts on your pc, then just close it.
Go to control panel>network. Then create new dialup network. Select modem - Samsung modem. Now name your connection to 'BSNL' (anything is Ok). Keep blank for userid and password. Save it and keep link on desktop, and double click on the BSNL icon.
That should connect you. Sometimes it fails, retry once or twice it will connect at 3.6mbps.
