dipanjan, 24 Feb 2011hi do u upgrade ur firmware?if then reply with the procedur... moreto upgrade firmware use samsung kies. (hope u have installed it to your pc) if u dont have it or some other problem occurs check the following link,but the easiest is using Kies.

hi! i'm from Sri lanka,the phone is really good, great touch sensitivity good audio quality.. only down fall of dis phone z that there z no qwerty but its no prob, u can upgrade firmware using samsung Kies™ which then u'll get an on screen qwerty keyboard.

I brought this phone in Jan 11 as i didn't want to get tied to a contract. For a cheap phone I think it ticks all the boxes. Had no major issues with it all.

this is one of worst mobile from samsung. cheap ok but not good.no flash player,browser is poor.camera ok. no aps working.
dont buy this .wait or go for another phone.
