I've had samsung monte for over three months now and i must say that it is a great phone. Even so, there are a few drawbacks (lack of flash...) but in general i'm more than satisfied with it.. So, what can i say? GO FOR IT

yah, truly its a amazing set. Afterall its look awesome n carry comfortably. Condition of battery is so strong. And all features are awesome. Am really satisfied to get this set.

Samsung monte meets worthy on its price. All the facilities are avilable. But i feel three major problems in it first one it doesnt play avi format files. If at all playing it doesnt have the capacity to play the vedio in its full clarity or resolution. Second one voip protocol not available in this phone. Skype calls cannot be done.

I have the same problem with my Samsung Monte. I followed arunvel's advice and deleted all the connections. and after that it is working, But now Google Maps on my Samsung Monte does not support "My Location"; it can't find the GPS. when ever i tried it shows "Your crrent location is temporarily unavailabl waiting for GPRS".
plz if any one the solutio jus help me out from this problem.

very good phone! - it does everything - screen responds fast. wifi works well, good display, no bugs so far. navigation sistem works well even thow it does not find your exact location :) (in romania), clear sound, file and message password, decent camera and battery life. / down side: very slippery case, does not play everyting on web, after long use or big pages, memory will become full and unable to display more (start again), no conversation recording. tip: when it rings ,turn it face down and it will go silent!

I had this phone about a week now... and its starting to fail to the point that i got a lot of problems:
1. "No SIM mode" (Before its working using Globe sim...)
2. Can't hear any sounds using its music player...
3. Can't read the Original 2gb Memory card (Before its working fine...)
Now, what am i gonna do with this phone??? almost everything is not working... Huhuhu:(
Is there anybody can help me with my problems...
