I'm using this mobile 4 last 3 months. Its display is excellent n everybody gets carried away by it(I mean it). It gives a batt backup of 1.5 days but wit 3g it gives only half a day backup(very poor). Sound clarity is superb if u use sony ericsson headphones. on loudspeake, clarity is good n volume is okay not loud but okay. wi-fi is not so receptive as Nokia n95. it works in good receptive area not in long distances. and multi-taskin sucks coz only few features can be multi tasked and tat too using smart unlock feautre(i found it accidentally). U cant goto msgs or anythin while on call..(Tats too bad). U cannot use any option at all when connected to PC(No way at all). Hardware is gud but software is very bad. If u exit a java app, it takes 4 secs for the phone to be active. Its very stylish n useful for novice users. For rough use its not suitable. Try any samsung mobile wit android always as i say only the software is bad so u can rectify it using android. Android+Samsung hardware=Rocking mobile

Hi All ... That is a very Good phone to buy according to specifications noted here .. but i read negative comments about connecting to the net using WiFi .. does the solution to this using opera mini .. or it is not working ???? Iam from egypt and the seller says it is a perfect phone to buy .. but i have another choice it will be Samsung star wifi .. it is cheaper than Monte .. please i need ur opinion..

i just now dropped my monte from 3 feet height.. its working fine but 'm scared whether somethin might ve happened to the phone.. the battery, battery cover and phone went in different directions.. has anyone dropped ur phone earlier.. pls share ur experiences.. i'm scared :(

Im seeing Monte in two colours. Grey and Orange in side panel. Pls pls tell me which one is latest design. Any other differences with respect to Colour.

neha, 31 Oct 2010how to switch on to the normal mode after keeping it in sle... more1) u can go to phone profiles in settings and change it to normal mode..
2) u select the keypad, then press and hole the hash key '#' for two seconds.. it ll automatically change to normal mode and vice verse..

there might be some prob with ur phone batt. Call the vendor. I'm using 3 samsung phones, all of them last more than 2 days.

It is a Very Gud fone.....plz buy as soon as possible. i am very happy to use this rockstar fone.......its amaging fone.......there is a gud quality of call recording system and when u download themes plz go this website www.guri.com
