This is great one new phone of samsung all of that thing u want as a multi and net purpose it work smoothly, its touch is so sensitive , to jandling of it so easy try and to be muve a head............go best

n my monte screen , i have opened some applications , when iam trying to close them , still they are running on background and iam unable to close them

please go though these points before you think about this phone
1. It doesn't support multitasking. (My last mobile Moto-Ming used to support multitasking)
2. Lacks QWERTY keyboard. (Not even virtual keyboard)? Huh selling junk(my opinion)
You have to be ready to type each time with a traditional virtual keypad (12 keys)
3. Clipboard feature not available. Typing the URL/creating contacts are extremely difficult especially if you want to use special chars. tedious job!
4. Browser will get closed and connection will be lost, if you try to access some thing else.
Reopening the browser it will not resume. it will load from the beginning. So, be ready to type entire url with that junky 12 keys on touch screen. Huh!
5. No task manager/ advanced tools
Seems this is just an ordinary cheap phone but with touch screen and 3G support
Definitely not valuable at that price

Just bout dis phone yesterday n must say, its d best handset in its price range.I was confused b/w E63 and dis set nd i think i made the right choice! So , if someone is in d same situation then don't think twice before buying dis set.Camera is good and music is unbeatable if u can spend a few extra bucks on a good set of earphones (the earphones that u get along with it are not that good).I m using a bluetooth headset and its great on that.The sound effects actually work unlike other nokia phones where sound quality doesn't change no matter what effect u choose.If u r looking for a combination of music phone n a smartphone , this is it..!!!

I am trying to open my emails and some web pages but it says "not enough memory unable to launch application" i ahve deleted all my emails in my inbox and sent box but message still comes up - can anyone help??

please try to avoid using this phone ,
sometime it self restarts by own and the speaker does not work most of the time .

Hi, my father has just bought one a week ago and he feels really comfortable with it. He had a Nokia6600 for 7-8 years i guess and was not very approving of it and so used only calling and receiving functions besides storing numbers. Now, just in 2 days with Samsung Monte, he started replying to SMS besides using some of the widgets and placing them on the three sliding screens. I think it is a great buy in this price.
Battery Life: normally has to charge every second day, ie. it lasts for a day then in the morning he charges. But I guess any touch screen phone would have the same battery life and a lot depends on the screen-size too.

Hiee frnds..Most imp ques for me is Can we transfer the msgs/sms in memory card too ?
If yes i hope thrs no limit in tht.. coz in samsung the mamimum memory for inbox sms r 500 only..plzzz help..
