mac, 10 Jun 2010Downloaded opera mini direct to fone from the opera website... morehere are some opera mini tips on the monte: go to settings, keep image quality to medium, font size medium, mobile view on, full screen on for portrait mode. you can keep opera keyboard qwerty on or off in advanced settings. best to keep it off and use t9. check opera mini forums for more help.

anon, 09 Jun 2010pl go to pg 23 of user comments. you will find steps to loa... moreDownloaded opera mini direct to fone from the opera website and like you said its miles better,no more problems with flash player and it will load any page without coming up lack of fone memory.The only problem is it downloaded it as a java app and stored it in games,it would be nice to have opera as my main browser instead of dolphin but that maybe is not possible,well if it is i havnt managed to fathom out how. Thanks again for the tip, it proves the problems i was having is due to the browser not the fone.

Anonymous, 10 Jun 2010ofcourse samsung jet has better features than samsung monte... moreas with requirements, everything looks sort of same according to specs but Jet has better camera and (better?) OS with 800Mhz processor.
Camera really is`nt issue - thinking more of Jet`s 800 Mhz processor though - Does Monte lag more in menus or is there even a application what makes me happy to own phone with 800 Mhz processor...

hey,i have bought this phone but i'm too stupid to use the application in it..can anyone teach me?
1.what is activesync ?
2.what is the use of synchronize?
3.what is the use of my phonebook?
4.what is communities?
5.when i play some of the games,on top of it will go search samsung website,did i need to pay it?
6.how to set control so that my phone will always ask for permission before online(in other word it wont simply connect to internet by itself)
7.how to know my phone is connect to internet?
8.they give me 2cd to install samsung kies.what is the use of samsung kies?

hi. plz i need urgent help. my Monte is not playing Video Files wen loaded from PC thru The Media Player Option. its also nt playing all MP4 n wmv files converted using phone software. is ths a prblm faced by nyone else. plz help.

qwetry is not present in that phone its okay, but say if i want to type "c", then will i have to press 3 time i.e. a-b-then c, if that then it will be pain full.
does it have handwriting recognition??
if yes what can we do with that feature, i mean can i write sms with that feature???

Question to heavy internet users with Samsung monte!!!! Is it possible to play videos from site like jizzhut in samsung monte.Is there any problem in downloading large files using internet connection in monte.
