i think to solve ur problem u will have to do a full absolute reset of the software of ur phone..
dail *2767*3855#
the full software will completely reset after this..
beware, u will loose all ur phone data while doing this..
after this switch off & restart ur phone..
then if the phone asks for a password enter a 6 digit password of ur choice .., again re-enter the same password.., the phone will accept this new password.. now please dont forget the new password..

sam monte has gifted to me & please help me as i have some problem with these...
if any one can help how to hard reset this phone, its always asking passcode & i have forgot...
I also want to reset the mobile tracker option.
on each application its asking posscode & i dont have any

the battery back up is very poor in this phone as i buyed this phone just few months ago and battery doesent lasts long....................................
