I had a hard time figuring out which video setting is supported by this phone. But I finally figured it out.
I use iWisoft Free Video Converter to convert videos. Select Common Video > H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Video (*.mp4) for profile. Then click settings and select 320x240 for the video size. The video you converted will play perfectly well in this phone. It's in high quality as well :)

Its a good phone and user friendly.3G wifi and Front camera for video calling are notable..No other phone comes with front camera at the range of 7-8k,even 10k too.Streaming youtube/tv is better than other fones and its hastle free.

samsung s5620 monte is a very very bad phone. it does not have any great features. it is just like samsung corby. so i advise you to not buy this phone and also recomended that instead of this phone buy samsung wave 525

this is a one of the best phone from samsung.i using this phone since 08.08.2010 to yet. Touch screen is incredible. the most powerfull touch screen. And also a it has a 3G Phone it is amezing feature.video clearity is absolutly great. MP4 Player is good running in this phone. Another Powerfull apps is Wi-Fi,google map,SNS communuties site, and also a powerfull 3.2 MP camera. I Love my Monte s5620
