Initially was happy about the settings and performance. But later as I started getting familiar with the settings, I noticed many usability issues with the phone.
1. When you setup multiple alarms and for some reasons, if you wish to turn off any of the alarms, the alarm settings for that alarm are gone. You need to do that again.
2. few of the settings like widget and other basic settings are a bit hard to find.
3. Really worst ever camera which adds blur to every pic that you click. Hope to get a clear pic only when clicking non-moving objects (it will still be a bit blur coz of ur hand shake).
4. You can't change music tracks by keeping the volume keys pressed. If you ever have to manage it by keeping the cell in pocket, its simply impossible.
5. When you answer the call using handsfree and you hang up, the phone does not autolock immediately. If by any chance some keys get pressed, you might end up losing some data if delete function executes.
6. Samsung Kies software that comes with this phone is just for looks... performance and features wise totally degraded. It says u can manage messages. But you can't delete any SMS even after selecting multiple messages (I don't get this logic)....

This 4n is very simple an more option..
also we can doenloade face book live chat an you tube.an more..
but little bit battery run time nit good..
i lake to have 4n memory more.but its 200 mb..

hi everyone... i am using monte for few days but i noticed an abnormal feedback.in the settings there is an option of vibration feedback,when i set vibration intensity at 0 this phone does not vibrates most of the time but few times it vibrates during phone operating by touch.i changed profile one by one but this still occuring.is it normal? what should i do now? this is my first samsung touch phone so please please help me out...
