I am using this phone since 3 months and i was connecting net to pc but from 2 days i am getting a problem i.e when i connect to pc "opening the port and os modem error" are shown also authentication event occurred is shown. also suggest how to install qwerty keypad In the phone. plz help me friends thanks In advance

Recently... moreHi Bindu, try to get "s5620jpkc1" were you have Hand writing recognition, answering machine, qwerty keyboard, i have update this version couple of weeks before its working good and fine, if you have any questions in installing, try to YGH comments on search option, let me know once you have update it

I have been using Samsung S5620 for last one year. Recently I have updated the firmware to S5620DDKC1. But I couldn't find QWERTY KEYBOARD on it. Could any one please tell me how can I get QWERTY KEYBOARD in my phone? And do you have any idea what are the features of s5620ddkc1 firmware? I didn't find any major changes comparing to previous firmwares.
