The idea of a water resistant phone is wonderful but for galaxy series the hardware needs to be improved viz. At least 1Gb internal memory and 1Ghz processor. Otherwise applications will slow down the phone.

good phone but camera is not good. It has 3.2 mp camera but where are other feature except geo tagging. Water resistant is plus point price should not be more than 280 dollar.
