Seriously... Take it from me, the Xperia Go sucks! So is the service of Sony (maybe just here in the Philippines). Since I bought my Xperia Go last Nov I only used it for less than a month til today, because it spends much of its time at the service center since it drowned on a kiddie pool which is less than a knee deep mid Nov. I hope this one won't fail me.

Xperia go has a smaller screen, lower quality GPU and CPU, old gingerbread, no secondary camera.
I like this Samsung better, more features, more power.
I think you can change battery with a "bigger" one, kinda 2000 - 2300 maybe, remains to check this.
Also a crash test should be done with all this devices ... sony, samsung and others, to see in reality how tough they are. Maybe somebody will do such a test, just let it go down from 2m and see if he survive.
Also a removable protection for camera (like N95, N98) should be build in the case ... for better protection, but wasn't the case. Ehh, let's see how will do in the near future. Hope will be OK.

D'oh, 18 Feb 2013you should check your facts! Galaxy Xcover 2 Has been avail... morem-m-m... Where? I've checked in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Poland, Chez and Nederlands. Everywehere you can preorder the phone. They expect it to be in stock on 1-7 March.

Sony xperia go is better than this. It is also ip67 rated. Better looking(the important). Trust me.

O my God! Samsung please say that is not truth. look little in sony way. Thay have IP 57 standart but much better specifications. Please repaire that!!!

I have thought of switching from sony to samsung,because this kind of phone would bee good for me. How ever I think the ui in samsung phones looks quite boring compared to sony or htc(not ment to offend anyone)so is there any possibility to change the ui to bit more polished lookig without rooting it and voiding the warranty?
