hi kiLLmore i bought this phone on march 3 last wed my battery s not standing even 1 day it shows 2 or 3 points at night mornin its getting switched off da after 3 days of charge now its slightly better u said after 10 or 15 days its good is that true pls reply

njam, 08 Mar 2010i've been using this phone for 5 and half months and the on... morehi njam just pair ur phone with the other bluetooth device by giving passkey and then share i m using it no problem for me i m using two phones hw s ur battery life for me thats a big concern

well the sensor.. ok but still no good, cause when you tilt the phone the menu or reading sms etc do not till have to use the phone straight
the phonebook also is pathetic & screen keeps getting locked during active calls !! & blacks out too
blackberry 9700 & x6 16 gb still far better

almost all touch screen phones have proximity sensor so you won't press anything accidentally when your on a call... don't you know that???!!! even the X6 has that!!!
sound quality of jet is very good and very fast processor..
screen is very good also and has 3 wallpapers..
jet is best..
JET BETTER THAN X6!!!

i've been using this phone for 5 and half months and the only really major issue tht i've been having is the bluetooth compatibility since i bought the phone. i even sent it back to the retailers and they turned it back and said the other phones ur using to connect ur samsung jet have out dated frimware!? how could this be!? i bought it as a samsung jet S8003 and and then updated its firmware to SXEII2 turning it into a Samsung jet S8000 even this didnt help the hard reset or anything still i cant connect the other phones via bluetooth, even though my jets visibility and the other cell phones visibility are turned on and i even tried to to create a profile for the other fone on my jet!? is there a manufacturer defect or what could b causing this to happen, the damn retailers keep saying there is nothing wrong with ur phone than what should i do please help me this is giving me huge a head ache thanx any help would b greatful.
(the error mssgs i receive are (sending failed) or the files just hang there for a quite a while and then it says error sending failed unable to connect/ connection failed or terminated) the sets i am using r to exchange bluetooth files r Nokia N70, Nokia xpress music 5310 and iphone 3gs.
please do help me as i would b much obliged thanx again.
(p.s i even checked my Nokia N70 firmware from Nokia'a official site and the firmware version is the latest and so are the nokia xpress music 5310 and iphone 3GS they are all upto date as far as the other sets firmware issues go).

anyone planning to buy samsung jet s8003 dont buy i bought on 4 march 2010 in oman, screen was defective so replaced on 6th, the phone has many major problems,
very low sound
when phone is tilted the menu or phonebook or reading messages dont tilt !! the phonebook is pathetic worst ever in the world whole name never comes, only few alphabets, only writing sms tilts
the major problem is the sensor in the front, when you call anyone or are in a call the phone cannot be used in complete darkness, the screen becomes black, try calling anyone & be in a room complete dark with not a little light, the screen becomes black, the call is active but screen is black, no button works here
its worst, jet is only 800mhz processor
whats good bout this phone, nothing
also only 1gb memory card
worst phone in the world ever
even others r worst
but instead go for nokia x6 16gb
